Nailhood specializes in handmade press-on nails. Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, design, shape, and placement may occur.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your device’s screen settings.
2. Orders
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, selecting the correct nail size, and reviewing all order details before submitting payment.
3. Custom Orders
For custom nail sets, customers are responsible for providing accurate design preferences and sizing information. Custom orders cannot be changed once production has begun.
4. Processing & Shipping
Orders require processing time before shipment. Estimated processing and shipping times may vary.
Once an order has been shipped, Nailhood is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature and hygiene considerations of press-on nails, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
